You simply open the garden gate and within a few steps you are on the sand. There is no road between the property and the beach.

Kleopatra Villas consists of five independent villas, each divided into two separate suites (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor).
When booking, you rent one fully independent suite, not an entire villa. Each suite is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with modern amenities.

• In the first and more economical option, 100% of the total amount is paid in advance and is non-refundable.
• In the second option, a 30% deposit is required (non-refundable), and the remaining balance is paid upon arrival during check-in.

My flight arrives early. What can I do before check-in?
Many international flights arrive early in the morning.
If your suite is ready before 16:00, we will gladly offer early check-in free of charge.
If not, you may leave your luggage with us and enjoy the beach, have a coffee, or explore Skiathos Town until your suite is ready.
